Face painting products are never to be confused nor substituted with acrylic paint or any other paint found in the art departments sold in crafts stores. These last types of paints are armful to the delicate skin of the child. It could results from a mild irritation to a severe skin infection depending on the product used and the time left on the skin. Please make sure to find out before letting anybody paint your child what are they using and if it has been approved by the FDA.
Some of the most common face paint brand FDA (but not limited) compliant are: Snazaroo, Wolfe, Diamond FX, Mehron, Paradise, Kryolan, Fab, Tag, Ben Nye, Camelon, Global, Kryvaline etc.
Glitter used, make sure is not a craft glitter as it is made of metallic particles that could end up in the child eye and scratch his/her cornea.
If child suffers of any specific allergy such as soy or latex, please provide these details before any events in order for me to have enough time to research and keep any products containing these ingredients or by-products out of the kit.
